The space

Newly fully refurbished, finished October 19th, we have made her into a cosy cabin with style and comfort designed to help you relax on holiday with us and enjoy home comforts.

Perfect for a holiday escape to the great Northumbrian country or a romantic getaway, this newly fully-refurbished pet-friendly cosy cabin will surely provide you with ultimate comfort and style. Northern Staycations provides everything you need for a home away from home experience, including a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances necessary for a self-catering holiday, linen and towels are provided, and beds are made for your stay.

In addition, you can find two private bedrooms at this property: one with double bed (en-suite) and one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with WC, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a spacious living room with two sofas and a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney +. Centrally heated and with a great fire, this cabin can sleep up to 4 guests and is the perfect retreat for a family or a few friends who want to hang out and explore.

The cabin is complete with an outdoor private luxurious 5-person hot tub with 38 powerful jets, a large side decking area with table and chairs and outdoor artificial grass, and two sun loungers, all for your personal use and enjoyment.

Unique villages to grand castles are near Felmoor Park - like Alnwick Castle (featured in the Hogwarts Harry Potter films), historical monuments like Hadrian's Wall, and beautiful beaches along the Northumbrian Coast, the park provides plenty of exploration opportunities.

The cabin is situated in a scenic 40-acre landscape of parkland and wooded areas; Felmoor Country Park is a perfect base for visitors to experience all Northumbria offers.

Other things to note

We welcome well-behaved pets for a fee of £25 per pet up to 2 pets max, which would be a total of £45 - an extra fee to cover the cost of cleaning the premises after a pet has stayed.
